We source system components from many global leaders, including Maxtor, Seagate, Intel and Sony. Our designs predominantly utilise Single Board Computers, specifically designed for Industrial use and capable of operating under extreme conditions in harsh environments. Our primary SBC suppliers include ADLink (NuPro) and Nexcom (Peak).
All our component parts are CE Marked and fully tested and compliant with the latest regulations.
The Ventrix and Impact series are designed and built under ISO9001:2000 quality management procedures.

Standard Product Range
 Impact-E series: The Impact industrial computers incorporate "industrial motherboards" to provide the repeatability and revision control normally associated with SBCs.
The new Impact-E range has a small, compact and fanless rugged design, ideally suited to a variety of space-critical embedded applications. Powered by Intel processors, these computers can provide the performance necessary for high speed and intensive tasks. Manufactured from selected high quality industrial components, the Impact-E series is an ideal cost-effective solution for use in harsh environments and critical 24/7 operations.
 Ventrix-W: The Ventrix range of rackmount industrial computers are the flagships of their range and are based on PICMG compliant "single board computers (SBCs)" and "backplanes". This architecture provides excellent expansion capabilities with a product life of at least five years. Amplicon has now expanded the Ventrix range with the introduction of the new Ventrix Workstation range. These 4U PICMG 1.3 compliant SBC based rackmount industrial computers are constructed from heavy duty cold rolled electroplated steel. The key differentiators from standard Ventrix computers are the 83/84 key sliding keyboard with integrated trackball + 2 mouse buttons and the flat multimedia 7.0" TFT LCD with 800 x 480 resolution. They are ideally suited for IP video applications.
 Impact-R Mini-ITX Series
The Impact-R 150 series are reliable, long-life Industrial PC systems. Five different models offer a choice of processing and I/O options. Impact-R 150's are versatile and can used on a deskop/benchtop or wall mounted for more secure applications. Furthermore a 2U high rackmount kit is available for securing units in cabinets or wall boxes.
 Multimedia Ventrix 25
The Ventrix-mini 25F is a compact powerful embedded multimedia system equipped with a quiet conventional 2.5" HDD. Other features include IEEE1394 ports for fast data transfer, serial ports, audio, USB ports, PS/2 keyboard/mouse, VGA, TV-out and Video-in.
