Providing a solution for customers who have purchased a 16-bit 3G card (UmTS, EDGE, GPRS) from their local network provider and wish to connect the card via a USB slot, this product can be used with laptops and desktop PCs.

This offers more flexibility for anyone who has a supported Merlin or Aircard model for use with a laptop, and provides a way to connect to high speed internet services for anywho who lives in an area where wired broadband Internet is not available. You can also connect to low cost laptops which are not fitted with PC card slots (e.g. the new Dell LX1 range), or any machine where the PC card slot is needed for another application. The card is removable so the U111 allows you to move your 3G connection between your laptop and desktop PC.

Available on Stock => UPS Overnight Express Shipping possible !!

The included Windows 2000/XP driver is also working on the new Apple Mac's with Intel Processors + Apples BOOT CAMP !

Using the U111 in Windows Vista !

Supported Cards

Please note the U111 don't supports the OPTION GT Fusion or GT 3G Quad because these cards are 32 bit CardBus cards. If you want to work with a 32 bit OPTION UMTS 3G Cards you have to use the U132 !

Attention: If you want to use the U111 in combination with a Dell Lattitude X1 or a Fujitsu-Siemens Amilo please install only the latest U111 driver !!

Sierra Wireless AirCards: If you want to work with the Sierra Wireless AirCards you need the latest driver CD which includes all the necessary drivers to get the AirCards working => click here !

Technical Features

Supports selected 16-bit PCMCIA cards only, mostly wireless datacards: see below for supported card list.
